    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. What my colleagues have stated is the true position. The Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady called for a Division, but 99 per cent of the House had voted “No”. At that point, the Leader of the Majority Party started pushing people to go out and he locked some people in the toilet. So, we voted “No” and shall still vote “No”. It is dishonest when the media was put off and they sent a fake message out there that the Bill was passed. The Bill was not passed and we rejected the proposal."
