    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. For purposes of clarity, this Motion is on the Order Paper because that Report was tabled in this House. The person who tabled that Report is the Chairperson of the Committee. Therefore, it is important that we are honest when we are speaking about that even as we ask of the whereabouts of the Chairperson and the reason he is not here. It is important for us to note that he, within the rules and after discussions with the Committee, tabled the Report. There is no way he would have tabled the Report to be owned by the House for purposes of onward processing via debate if he never had the intention of having it debated. That is a fact. Any attempt to impute that the intention of the Chairperson was not to have it intended is wrong for that is debacle."
