    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister is aware that the Machakos-Masii Road works stalled four years ago. That is a road whose construction started during the previous Parliament. Is it reasonable for him to state that he is waiting for funds to be allocated and yet, since then, four budgets have been passed? How long will the people of Masii continue to wait and every year the Government has money to spend? That is a stalled project."
