    "content": "Having said so, it is my considered opinion, having listened to all the presentations, that we are faced with a moral issue as a House which we cannot run away from. The moral issue is that a few of our colleagues who are Members of the Committee; including the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and two other Members of that Committee have been accused of impropriety. I plead with the Powers and Privileges Committee to help this House exonerate our colleagues, if they are innocent and make us cleanse ourselves or otherwise dispose of this matter, so that we do not tie ourselves down."
