    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have brought this Motion to get my colleagues in the House to ventilate on two critical things that affect the people in the counties that we represent. These are the public debt and taxation on the people of Kenya. In so doing, we want to be factual, positive and look for solutions. We are not here for name-calling. We want this country to face the problems we are having squarely and address them."
