    "content": "I thank the Mover of this Motion for bringing out the other aspect of public debt. We should not only concentrate on foreign debt. We have the other aspect of public debt which is internal or domestic. That is a very serious issue that the Executive need to address. If my memory serves me right, and I have not forgotten some bit of economics, the Government owes small-scale business people huge amounts of money in terms of supply of goods and services."
