    "content": "This general debate will provide the Committee of the whole House where each particular vote proposed for reduction will then be considered and approved. Hence this Motion will give each Member an opportunity and also the chairpersons of various committees under whose votes and programmes fall to give their views to the House and be recorded on HANSARD. That is the gist of the matter. Today we have a long day and that is why we must have these timelines in order to complete."
