I was pointing out that we are all aware of what we are doing because we are the ones who passed these laws, especially the NG-CDF which is a function of the national Government share of revenue. If our revenue rises, automatically NG-CDF grows with its growth. We have ensured that the projected national Government share of revenue is Kshs1.3trillion, 2.5 per cent of that is what we have taken in accordance with the statutes and the law that created NG-CDF to ensure that we are in line with the law. There is nothing less than what is stipulated in the law."
