    "content": "So, the austerity measures cannot be put in a way that impedes even the work of this Parliament. I am happy that even the Judiciary has been given more money so that the institutions can complement one another. So, I urge this House that what we basically have before us is a schedule of our best projections at this moment. Those things could change and if it changes for the better, the money will increase and the NG-CDF will be enhanced and more money will go to schools and it is this same Committee that we have given this responsibility."
