    "content": "So, allocating Kshs1.5 billion to the Judiciary to complete the construction of courts is a move in the right direction. This money is a donor funding from the World Bank and we want to encourage the Judiciary… We have had sessions with the Judiciary, the Chief Justice and the Registrar of the High Court and we have agreed with them that within the next few months, they should conclude the construction of these courts so that we can move to other counties where we do not have high courts."
