    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. At the outset, I want to say that I oppose this Report. I consider the cuts and estimates that the Chairman has talked about of 16 per cent very superfluous. If you reduce the Government’s Recurrent Expenditure by 16 per cent but you continue to hold the items that spend that percentage, then you are still burdening the Government."
