The Government has a deliberate programme to empower Kenyans but you are saying that you want to cut the TVET budget today. Areas like where I come from, we do not have enough teachers and you are saying that we reduce the budget for employing teachers. What is the vision of the economy of this country? What is the vision of this Government in terms of public service and the economic and fiscal responsibilities that it has?"
