"content": "I would like to focus on the Big Four Agenda and I would like to give my constituency as a reference in Kitui County, which is a beneficiary of projects that have never been done since Independence. Kitui-Kibwezi Road is funded to a tune of Kshs18 billion by the Chinese. It is 146 kilometres long. I do not know what we can tell the people of Kitui County, Makueni County and all counties that are along that road if it is stopped because the country is not able to pay its debts."
