    "content": "I will start by regretting that the Budget and Appropriations Committee has failed to do a good job with the opportunity that we have been given. We are still splashing too much money only to be wasted by Government. I would have expected that the entire money we give annually to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology for school infrastructure goes to NG-CDF. I do not support NG-CDF because we are involved. We are not there. I do not care whether NG- CDF is zero or 10, but I care that this is the only Fund through which the classrooms which never existed in the country have been constructed. There are, of course, other funds. I do not care whether I travel as a Member of Parliament or not, but we needed some measures."
