    "content": "It is also important to mention that whatever decisions the House makes in the afternoon, should we not be able to raise even the 8 per cent VAT on the Finance Bill, we will be forced to do further budget cuts. That is why it is very important that we understand that. I urge Members to support this Motion for us to appropriate this money in a way that our Budget is balanced, and show the world that we are a country that has a good fiscal discipline."
