    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I beg to report that the Committee of Supply has considered the Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2018/2019 and approved the same with amendments. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 223 of the Constitution of Kenya and Standing Order Nos. 240(a) and 243, it has approved that the supply granted for the services for the year ending 30th June 2019 be reduced by a sum not exceeding Kshs37,603,662,418, in respect of the recurrent and development expenditure for votes as approved in the Schedule."
