    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I beg to move that the House doth agree with the Committee of Supply in its consideration of the Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2018/2019. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 223 of the Constitution of Kenya and Standing Order Nos. 240(a) and 243, it has approved that the supply granted for the services for the year ending 30th June 2019 be reduced by a sum not exceeding Kshs37,603,662,418, in respect of the recurrent and development expenditure for votes as The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
