On this topic, I would say that the Senate should take this seriously and look into what happened to that money. Why were those people not settled well? Why were Kenyans displaced and left without supporting structures? There is something wrong in the way we think. We do not see other human beings as human and, therefore, do not provide what they need to live. Facilities like toilets, water, schools, and clinics to help those who are unwell should have been built. However, nothing like that was built. They just built structures that could not support anything or be lived in. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as much as I see a lot of canvassing, I would urge that the Senators look at this topic seriously.
