Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 29(2) and (3) of the National Assembly by Gazette Notice No.9380, which was published in the Kenya Gazette of 13th September 2018, I gave notice of this Special Sitting and that of Thursday 20th September 2018 to the Members of the National Assembly.
