"content": "In the event a legislature proposes to proceed and pass the legislation without reference to the President’s objections, it would ordinarily require a super-majority to do so. This is the case in the United States of America as dictated by its Constitution where the President is only mandated to reject a Bill and refer it back with a list of objections.
