Speaker, the matter that we shall be looking at, especially the matter which one Hon. Member raised, is the issue of the tax. Because that is a matter that concerns Kenyans, I beg your indulgence that, when it comes to voting on the particular matter, because it is raising a question of integrity, independence and strength of this House, you allow the voting to be done publicly so that Kenyans can know who is for them and who is not for them.
