The fact that he went to the Pumwani Maternity Hospital in cognito was quite commendable and very good for a governor. He was able to see what exactly happens on the ground without using a proxy, agent or anyone telling him what is happening in the county. I was born in Pumwani Maternity Hospital, and I have fond memories for it. It is a hospital that serves the common man of this country. It is a painful thing if the staff is not keen on their work.
