    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I fully support the fact finding Report by the two Departmental Committees in Garissa, Dadab and Voi. I think Kenya must deal with the problem of Somalia. The Government of Kenya has, for sure, taken some basic role but it has not done enough. Kenya is a powerhouse in sub-Saharan Africa and it has a voice globally. If Kenya takes this challenge and spearheads the problem of Somalia, I think it can contribute towards solving it. A solution to the Somalia problem among many others is to recognize Somaliland. The people of Somaliland have recognized their identity, reality and sovereignty. If they are a nation of Somalia, they have no business not to appreciate"
