"content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rise to contribute to this important Statement by the Vice Chairperson of the Committee on National Cohesion, Sen. (Rev.) Waqo. What is happening in this country is an extension or manifestation of the levels of impunity that we have in this country. We lost Ms. Mercy Keino and we have not yet had results. There is also the case of the young lady who was killed together with the late Mr. Msando. In fact, she was termed collateral damage at the time of her death. Nothing has come forth from those investigations. Madam Temporary Speaker, we need to handle the impunity that is in this country. I am happy that we are wearing red today because this county is on the red light because everything seems to be going---"
