On behalf of Nandi County and many Kenyans of goodwill, I take this opportunity to pass our condolences to the family of the late Sharon Otieno and many people who have been brutally murdered. Finally, the Bible says in the book of John 10:10 that the devil came to steal, destroy and kill. It is unfortunate that our counties have now become rogue. I hope that our counties will not turn into dens of criminals and murderers. Therefore, I hope that necessary agencies will move with speed and ensure that the real perpetrators are arrested."
