    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I stand to support this Motion, that Sen. Outa joins the Committee on Health. I have served with him in the Committee on National Cohesion, Equal Opportunity and Regional Integration where you also sit and I have seen his commitment and passion in serving. Health is an important sector. We all know that many of our counties have suffered in the past. For example, in Marsabit County where I come from, we now have referral hospitals where many people receive good services, thanks to devolution.
