    "content": "It is something which should be thrown to the House leadership and may require the amendment of Standing Orders to find an effective and structured way to deal with these reports. I remember Sen. M. Kajwang' at one time addressed the House on this issue. However, I think the way he was addressing it was not coming up with the solution which is structured. So, I think the direction that you should give is that the House leadership should come with a way forward within a certain time frame."
