    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kamar): Thank you, the Senate Majority Leader for raising this. I did not realise that it was going to attract a lot of attention. It has given some opportunity to ventilate on it. I think this is very serious. I rule that tomorrow during the kamukunji, we will allow members who are not members of the leadership to ventilate for half-an-hour. So, we will spend 30 minutes discussing the issue of these reports. Thereafter, we will put it in the hands of the leadership. It is true that we have delayed. We cannot be doing postmortem. This is year two and we are starting our second year of service to this country and we would like to be current and deal with the current governors’ reports. We will come up with a resolution tomorrow and will allow 30 minutes for ventilation during the kamukunji for non- members to put their ideas forward for the leadership to take over. Next order.
