I join you, the Senate Majority Leader and the former national Chairman of Wiper Party who is also the Senator for West Pokot County, currently serving on loan to the Kenya African National Union (KANU) party, to welcome the visiting delegations from Elgeyo Marakwet and Machakos counties. Currently, the Senator for Machakos County is engaged elsewhere in his representative role. On his behalf and the people of Machakos, Kitui and Makueni counties, I extend our welcome to them and hope their stay here will be worthwhile. I believe they will use their time here to learn the best practices which they will use when they go back to their counties."
