    "content": "(e) the community continues to suffer due to the insufficient water supply. The Petitioner, therefore, prays that the Senate, through the relevant Committees, directs the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA), the Water Resource Management Authority (WARMA), the KPC and other relevant Ministries to intervene to ensure appropriate and urgent measures are taken to remediate, restore and reinstate the affected residents of Thange River Basin, their children and environment. Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order 225, I shall now allow comments, observations or clarifications in relation to the Petition for not more than 30 minutes."
