    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I thank you for the opportunity. I specifically stand to make a comment on the Petition by Mr. Vincent Ombaka with regard to the importation of duty free sugar. Madam Temporary Speaker, I do not come from a sugar growing county, but I must declare that I neighbour many counties that grow sugar. The collapse of the sugar industry has affected the entire belt, even my own county that does not grow sugar. Therefore, this calls for urgent measures to address the issue of duty free sugar so that we can revive our sugar factories."
