Standing Order 230 talks about presentation of petitions. Standing Order 231 is about comments on petitions and how they are supposed to be handled, while Standing Order 232 is on committal on petitions. If you look at the subheadings, you will find that there is a reason for the way they have been worded. Thank you for that."
