    "content": "To be oversighted by the Senate is not a matter of choice by any governor, or county government. Accountability is not an option for anybody in public service. So, nobody should be allowed to say that they choose who to oversight them and who not to do so. The Constitution and laws are clear. Precedent is available that we have been oversighting and we must continue oversighting counties."
