    "content": "As noted by Sen. Dullo, the universal healthcare programme is rolling out in a few months’ time. Every county is now starting their own health insurance schemes. We have the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) which is also recruiting from the same people. I request that the Senate Committee on Health takes leadership in this matter and guides us, as a House, in setting basic standards for health insurance in counties. To me, before we even begin talking about health insurance schemes, we should look at the issue of medicine in hospitals, proper medical equipment and personnel in hospitals in counties."
