Instead of getting their people on the ground to understand and get full information, when they are questioned they say that we do not have the moral authority to ask that. Madam Temporary Speaker, I request that as the Committee on Health looks into this matter, the County Public Accounts and Investment Committee (CPAIC) should do the same, so that we can put an end to this thing. Thank you."
