    "content": "Thank you very much, Madam Temporary Speaker. I beg to move that the Report of the First Extraordinary Session of the Plenary Assembly of the Forum of Parliaments of Member States of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (FP-ICGLR) be read a second time. The first ordinary session of the plenary assembly of the forum of parliaments of the member states of the FPICGLR took place from 19th – 20th March, 2018, at the Parliament Building in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. The Session was opened by the Speaker of the National Assembly of Democratic Republic of Congo, the Hon. Aubin Minaku and was closed by the Speaker of the Senate of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Hon. Kengo Wa Dondo. The sitting President of the forum, the Hon. Abdou Karim Meckassoua, who is the Speaker of the National Assembly of Central Africa Republic, presided over the sessions assisted by the forum outgoing General Secretary, the Hon. Prosper Higiro."
