    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, once a school is registered as a public school, it does not belong to the CDF but to the Ministry of Education. However, with regard to what the Member is asking, we do not post teachers as deputy principals. We have teachers who are qualified to deputize the principals in those schools. It is up to the Board of Governors (BOG) to decide on which of the qualified teachers can be made the deputy principals. We then confirm at the Ministry that the teacher is playing that role."
