    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we post teachers. That, I can confirm. I would like to repeat that the TSC teachers that you see are posted by us. They belong to us. Any of them, as long as they are graduates and are in the appropriate Job Group, any of them can be made a deputy. Once we have posted the principal, any other teacher who has the right qualifications can be made a deputy principal. We do not have to post a teacher straightaway to play the role of a deputy principal. That is what I wanted to tell my colleague."
