    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to add my voice on this Report. I think this is the second time in the past six months that we have had a report from the Forum because I remember us debating a similar report. I remember complaining that they had indicated that a lot was said about Kenya. I was wondering because apart from saying that a lot was said about Kenya, because we had just come from the election period, they did not talk about what had happened. Instead, they just said a lot had happened. Some of us agreed that a lot had happened but they should have stated that there was so much in Kenya that the Forum should have debated. That makes me wonder whether these conferences are bearing the fruits that we want them to bear. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
