    "content": "I am sure that this House and the delegation has taken note of the gamut of issues you have raised, including some of the barriers that you have pointed out and some of the areas in the scorecard that are below optimal. We, as Kenyans, must look at those areas and provide leadership in the region. As you know, a lot of the regional member states are still in conflict, be it the Central Africa Republic, Burundi, South Sudan, you name it. As I said, when people come together, they can resolve their issues."
