    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I rise to issue a Statement on the proposed budget ceiling for each constituency for the 2018/2019 Financial Year. During the Financial Year 2018/2019, the National Treasury allocated Kshs35,758,596,000 to the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). The NG-CDF Board/Secretariat has computed the proposed budget ceiling for each constituency for the 2018/2019 Financial Year as follows; i. The total allocation for the 2018/2019 is Kshs35,758,596,000. ii. The allocation to the Board of Kshs1,547,929,800. So, the approved allocation for the Board is 4.3 per cent of the total amount."
