    "content": "The second issue you have talked about, and which you have provided guidance on, is the issue of sugar. In your Communication, you have also given guidance. However, the great wisdom which you have brought should also be brought to bear, so that despite the fact that the House has its orders and rules, and it is a House of rules, those rules should not gag the House from dealing with any issues that affect the public. The sugar issue remains a big issue that Kenyans and farmers will be expecting this House to deal with. So, in your wisdom, moving forward, further guidance to that extent, would be welcome especially by the farmers of Kenya."
