    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. With regard to this particular regulation, there was an Act which was repealed. The regulations in the repealed Act continued to be used elsewhere. These tax agents came and protested here in Parliament that they were not heard by the relevant authorities. There was no public participation. The moment an Act of Parliament is nullified, it is nullified together with the regulations. There is a need for new regulations to be made in this peculiar matter so that the process can begin afresh under the new Act."
