    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if indeed it is true, and I doubt that the Government does not look at the relationship to Members of the Executive, how then would the Government fight nepotism which when practiced is against our Public Officer Ethics Act and the stated policy? Could the Minister also tell us what an MSc or a PhD in Chemistry or a Masters in ICT or background in military have to do with diplomatic service? It appears there is mismatch of talent here."
