    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am also looking at that particular law which shows the five qualifications for appointment of the Chairperson. It talks about knowledge and at least 10 years’ experience in matters relating to different fields. The Act goes on to list them. It does not indicate that you start acquiring this experience after getting a degree. There are people who are in school and acquiring a degree even today. Some of them are old and are in this House. If we reduce this experience to the time after you get the degree, we may have lost it completely. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree. When my name comes to this House, I do not want you to rule me out just because I acquired it this year and yet, I have public experience as a teacher and have been involved in many other issues like the trade union. We shall be losing the point. I tend to think this lady qualifies."
