    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I listened keenly to your very profound Communication this afternoon on the joint Report on the alleged importation of illegal and contaminated sugar. In your Communication, you stressed that our oversight functions elevate us to the status of the High Court. You also said that we must apply the rules of natural justice. I want to add very humbly that we must also apply the law that has been passed and enacted by this very House. We cannot be rubberstamps."
