    "content": "The argument that has been propelled here by Hon. Kimunya is more subjective than objective. I want every nominee to be subjected to that kind of scrutiny. There are nominees in that list who have no qualifications at all. They are there. Let us not be subjective but objective. The law says that you must have 10 years’ experience. This nominee has five years’ experience in public service. Which other public service can one do other than being a Senator or a Member of Parliament. In your own wisdom, I want you to give a ruling that this lady is qualified and that she has 10 years’ experience and all the other qualifications."
