    "content": "I was very disappointed when I heard the reasons given for a nominee rejected by the Committee, while they did not even notice that one nominee whom they passed is not qualified. Actually, the nominee the Committee purports to drop is qualified for the job we are debating. I hope the House, apart from being gender sensitive, which is very good; it is not part of the requirement. If it was, and I heard Hon. Maanzo referring to the Constitution, it would have been stated here very clearly, but it is not. One of my seniors that I respect said that once you go for a job interview, you present your CV with all your credentials. We have what was presented and we cannot purport to imagine other jobs that the nominee may have done. The experience the nominee has is from the year 2009. I hope we will uphold the integrity of this House and decide accordingly."
