These issues would not have been here, if the Commission would have done its due diligence. In fact, I must in a way absolve the House from having to deal with this matter because, had the Commission done its due diligence, we would not have been in this kind of situation. The House has had to deal with matters which should not have been here. Then the Committee is telling us about being a student leader. Hon. Members, I am the Chair of the PSC, but I am not the Commission."
