Having looked at the law in agreement with what has been said by several Members, I rule that the nominee, Ms. Halima Abdille Mohammed, from the PSC, is not qualified to be considered by the House as a nominee to the SRC and, therefore, no decision on her will be made by the House. It is accordingly ordered."
